How do I cancel my subscription?
Click Subscription Terms → click Manage Subscription. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Where can I find my invoice?
Invoices are sent to your email after purchase, and can also be downloaded from the Manage Subscription page.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
You can click the Upgrade button on the panel of the plan you desired.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Go to Subscription Terms > Click Subscription Management to update your payment method and billing address.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not support refunds for active subscription. For special cases, please contact customer support.
What if my membership is not activated after payment?
